- Annual Kickoff: The President's Advisory Board launches each year with a summer kickoff gathering designed to welcome participants, build connections, and establish priorities for the year ahead.
- Twice Yearly Meetings: The Board meets twice each academic year, typically during the fall and spring semesters, in addition to an annual summer kickoff gathering. Meetings are held in person on the Moreno Valley College campus after 5 pm and generally last approximately 90 minutes.
