It's important to know when your academic deadlines are. Make sure that you know when term start dates are, when the last day to enroll in a term is, and when the most important financial aid deadlines arrive so you can complete your college tasks on time.

Admissions and Records deadlines includes when college application periods start and end, through which dates you can add or drop classes, when to apply for graduation, and more. College Applications
College application dates mark the start and end of when students may apply to MVC for the upcoming term. Because MVC offers short-term courses during major semesters, application deadlines may end part-way through a term. High school concurrent enrollment deadlines are different than general college student applications.

Class Registration
Registration appointments are assigned based on a defined order of priority. Registration start dates mark the earliest possible registration appointments for that priority group. You may check for your general registration appointment by the dates listed to start planning your classes, and your ability to enroll in classes will start on the specified date and time of your appointment.

Degree Application and Graduation

Annual deadline to apply for graduation. Students may apply for earlier graduation if they anticipate completing coursework before the annual spring deadline. Commencement occurs once a year, with graduates from every term invited (but not required) to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.
