TRIO programs have a rich history dating back to 1964, and continue to open the door of opportunity and access to higher education for eligible students across the country regardless of race, ethnicity, or culture.

Supporting the success of college students
The Academic Counseling and Educational Support (ACES) program offers qualifying students a strong academic support system and learning community that will assist them in mastering their college transitions.

The Educational Talent Search (ETS) program identifies and assists individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who have the potential to succeed in higher education.

Upward Bound is an interactive, intensive pre-college experience designed to prepare students from low-income, first generation backgrounds for college.

UBMS partners with the Moreno Valley Unified School District and Vista del Lago High School to offer an interactive intensive pre-college experience designed to strengthen the math and science skills of participating high school students. UBMS helps students recognize and develop their potential to excel in math while encouraging them to pursue postsecondary degrees, and ultimately careers in science, technology, engineering, and math.
