Academic Planning Committee

 

The Academic Planning Committee (APC), as a standing committee of MVC's Academic Senate, facilitates communication between MVC's academic departments, helps set faculty hiring priorities, and reviews course and program offerings.

Purpose

The APC provides a forum for discussion and to make recommendations to the Academic Senate on critical planning issues affecting teaching and learning for all academic departments.

Meetings

The Academic Planning Committee meets from 10 am to Noon on the third Friday of each month during the fall and spring semesters unless otherwise noted. The APC follows the most recent Governance Committee Meeting Calendar.
