School of Business, Health, and Human Services
The School of Business, Health and Human Services at MVC is focused on supporting student educational goals and regional workforce needs by offering high quality education. The available programs of study include focuses in business administration, marketing, dental hygiene and dental assisting, kinesiology, human services and social work.
School of Communications, English and World Languages
The School of Communication, English and World Languages fosters a learning environment that supports language acquisition, written and oral communication, and the development of literacy skills. Students learn within an equity-focused framework and culturally responsive pedagogies. Students can focus on and earn degrees in communication studies, interpretation, English and Spanish.
School of Humanities, Education, Social and Behavioral Sciences
The School of Humanities, Education, Social Sciences and Behavioral Sciences offers students an opportunity to study the histories, politics, geographies, belief systems, economics and cultures of communities and the complex social issues affecting them. Students gain the knowledge needed to offer solutions and to confront social and behavioral situations in fields like anthropology, early childhood education, history, philosophy, political science, psychology and sociology.
School of Public Safety
The School of Public Safety is one of the largest public safety training centers in Southern California and is located at the Ben Clark Training Center. The School of Public Safety prepares hundreds of students to work as law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, correctional officers, dispatchers, probation officers, crime analysts, and specialists in emergency management and homeland security.
School of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)
The School of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) at Moreno Valley College offers courses in mathematics, natural sciences, computer programming and computer applications. We offer innovative education and college-to-career pathways. Degree and certificate offerings include focuses in biology, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences and video game design.
School of Visual and Performing Arts
The School of Visual and Performing Arts encourages and supports visual and performance artists in the development of their creative visions for producing and practicing art. Students can earn associate degrees, advanced degrees for transfer, as well as career certificates in a wide variety of fields including traditional and digital art as well as music.
