EOPS Virtual Office - Online Services to Students
In response to the COVID-19, EOPS office hours are suspended and all services will be provided to you in an online/virtual format.
To schedule an EOPS or CARE online Zoom counseling appointment, book an appointment online.
There will be temporary limited calling times provided during this period. For any assistance needed please call or text (951) 888-1312 on Mondays from 10 am to 11 pm and Thursdays from 2 pm to 3 pm. To reach EOPS staff via email, send a message to eops@mvc.edu.

Welcome to our EOPS/CARE Website! We invite you to check out and read all of our Gateways to learn more about our EOPS/CARE programs. The Gateways will provide you with the types of services and support we provide our Moreno Valley College EOPS and CARE students and how you too can apply to join our EOPS/CARE program.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Moreno Valley College EOPS/CARE Programs is to assist low income and/or educationally disadvantaged members of the community in enrolling, remaining in, and ultimately graduating from college.
In order to aid its participants in reaching their academic goals, Moreno Valley College EOPS/CARE programs provide program participants with the necessary tools for a positive, successful and productive educational experience through services that are "above and beyond" those offered by the college.
Attention: An Important Update from EOPS/CARE
The EOPS application period is open twice per year on WebAdvisor.
* Fall term: May 1 - 31
* Spring term: November 1 - 30
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Once eligibility requirements are met, log into WebAdvisor, click on the Student Menu Tab
and look for the "EOPS SUPPLEMENTAL APPLICATION" link; then follow the prompts to apply.
