Counseling Services
  • Contact: counseling@mvc.edu or text (951) 888-1414.
  • Engagement Centers: Make a counseling appointment or get immediate help through your school's engagement center, online, during limited hours.
  • Student Educational Plan: Find your educational plan in EduNav.
Discounts and Software
Financial Aid
Basic Needs and Food Pantry
  • Grab-and-go bags are available to students who find themselves food insecure. Bags are limited. Items will be distributed first-come, first-serve.
  • Riverside County offers food and meal support through county food banks and EBT.
Laptop and Technology Loans
  • To support online learning, enrolled students may to checkout a laptop on a first-come, first-serve basis. Supply is limited. There is no cost to students. A valid photo ID is required.
Learning Center
  • Learning Center: Access tutoring, writing and reading support, mathetmatics assistance, computer and technology course help, and more.
Library and Digital Resources
  • Contact: reference@mvc.edu
  • The MVC Library's digital resources, catalogs, e-books, and databases are accessible to enrolled students online. Get course help by exploring the Library website.
  • Chat with a librarian: Students can chat with a librarian on the Library's homepage.
New Student Orientation and Enrollment
  • Contact: assessment@mvc.edu or TEXT (951) 472-2176. Please note the phone number is TEXT only.
  • If you are a new student, your orientation and counseling can be completed online.

  • EOPS counseling appointments can be made and conducted online. To schedule an appointment, contact the EOPS/CARE program.
First-Year Experience

  • FYE counseling appointments can be made online and conducted through Zoom.

Student Employment

  • Direct deposit will continue as normal for student workers. Student workers who receive paper paychecks will have their check mailed to the home address currently listed in the Student Employment file. If you need to update your mailing address, contact your college's Student Employment office.
TRIO/ACES
  • Contact: Email ACESSS@mvc.edu or leave a voicemail at (951) 571-6275 for a response within 24 hours. For immediate assistance, call (951) 233-3719.
  • Counseling: ACES counseling appointments can be made and conducted online.
