Contact Us
Before calling or e-mailing us, please make sure you've checked our online Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. Most student questions are answered in that section.
You can find out when the Assessment Centers are open by checking the Dates and Hours page, which also has information on how to make an appointment to take a test. If you don't know whether or not you are required to take the test, please see Who Needs to Be Assessed.
If none of the above answers your question(s), you can call us at (951) 571-6492 or (951) 571-6369.
You can also send us an email . If you e-mail us with an appointment request, please make sure you FIRST read all of the following instructions:
- If you are new to RCCD, please wait 1-2 working days after submitting your RCCD online application
- When requesting an appointment, please include all the following information:
- Your full name as submitted on the online application
- Your RCCD ID number or your date of birth
- The preferred date and time you want an appointment
- An alternate appointment date and time
Appointment times fill quickly. Please be prepared to request an appointment at least one week in advance of the date you want to test. If you need to know when the Riverside Assessment Center is testing, please visit the Dates and Hours page.
Appointments for the Chemistry Diagnostic test must be done in person because of the process involved. See our California Chemistry Diagnostic page for more details.
