Mayor Ulises Cabrera and the City Council of Moreno Valley issued a proclamation recognizing February as Black History Month and honoring Moreno Valley College for its ongoing commitment to education and community engagement. The proclamation was presented to Melanie Lindsay, Ph.D., assistant professor of ethnic studies.
